The Best Heavy-Duty
Refrigerator/Ice-Maker Water Filter Available for Clear and Clean Water
Our 3-Micron So-Clear Refrigerator/Ice-Maker
Water Filter makes sparkling ice
& chilled water, free of
chlorine, sediment, algae, molds, scale, bad taste & odors, and
other
undesirable contaminants that may effect the quality of your municipal
water
supply... and do this while protecting your plumbing and ice-making
equipment
from hard scale mineral buildup. It can be used with beverage machines,
ice
machines, drinking fountains, bottleless water coolers and
refrigerators
equipped with ice-makers or water and ice in the door. Just hook up
directly to
1/4" plastic or copper tubing.
Our So-Clear Refrigerator/Ice-Maker
Water Filter
will filter up to 1,500
gallons of cold water before needing to be replaced, using a patented
media (KDF)
which combines trace minerals (Copper-Zinc), and coconut shell carbon.
The
Heavy-Duty Refrigerator/Ice-Maker Water Filter contains 1 lb. of
Copper-Zinc
with a balance of coconut shell carbon. Unlike carbon-only filters (the
majority
of filters are carbon-only or carbon-only with a poly-fiber for
sediment
filtration), bacteria can't grow inside our bacteriostatic filters.
This filter
is maintenance free and installs in minutes, and, like all Abundant
Earth water
filters, it's recyclable through our Water Filter Recycling Program!
Special
Note: You may get more or
less life from the filter depending on the quality of your water. Taste
and the
amount of usage are two indicators of the life of the cartridge. This
filter can
last up to 1 year or 1,500 gallons of water with moderate usage.
However, if
your water/ice begins to taste "funny," then its probably time to
recycle your filter and install a new one.

Our
Water Filters Work Harder and Last Longer
There are many water
filters on the
market today, and unfortunately, most do little more than filter for
flavor, a
small percentage of chlorine, and a few other dissolved substances.
At Abundant Earth,
we have taken it upon
ourselves to find the highest
quality, longest lasting,
recyclable filter we could possibly find.
Abundant Earth offers the
highest quality copper-zinc and coconut shell carbon filters available
anywhere.
The copper-zinc (KDF) in combination with coconut shell carbon provides
the most
effective filtering media. The KDF process creates an electrochemical
reaction
between the KDF alloy and the water. This process, along with the large
amounts
(not just a sprinkling, like some companies) of coconut shell carbon
are able to
radically reduce dissolved and particulate toxins by up to 99.9%
depending on
the substance. Waterborne toxins are significantly reduced or
eliminated with
our filters. Toxins like:
- Chlorine
- Arsenic
- Asbestos
- Cadmium
- Chloroform
- Coliform
Bacteria
- Iron
|
- Lead
- Lindane
and Malathion Pesticides
- Mercury
- Salmonella
- Sulphur
- Trichlorethane

Be sure to compare our
filters against other
filters on the market. Our filters clearly last longer, work better,
and save
you money in the long run!
