The Children's Four-in-One Sleep System answers the need for a well-constructed, hand-crafted, high quality solid maple children's bed system at an affordable price. The Children's Four-in-One Sleep System easily breaks down into its individual components for easy moving and reconfiguration. Clean lines and strong joints make a well built piece of furniture that will last a lifetime.

Each Children's Four-in-One Sleep System is constructed with Pacific Coast Maple-a natural warm honey-colored maple-grown with integrity in sustainably managed forests of Washington and Oregon. To highlight the natural beauty of this distinctive hardwood, each piece is finished by hand with our special tung oil formula. For those with chemical sensitivities, the hardwood can be left unfinished in its natural state. No toxic glues are used in the construction of these well-constructed, handcrafted maplewood platform beds.

The Four-in-One Sleep System is quite possibly the most versatile child and youth bed ever designed. With one bed, you have a beautiful and durable Twin-sized child's bed. With two Four-in-One Beds, you can easily configure your bed to have two separate twin beds, bunk beds, a trundle bed, or high/low beds, without any tools. This versatile bed evolves with the changing needs of your children!

The Four-in-One Sleep System beds are available in our Classic Style and our Arts & Crafts Style. The pictures above and below show the Classic Style beds. The picture on the left shows the Arts & Crafts Style.

High/Low beds: This whimsical arrangement is ideal for kids who are too young for bunk beds. (Uses the optional Bunk Bed Conversion Kit which includes a ladder and 2 safety rails.)

Trundle beds: The space-saving trundle-bed is another alternative for young children. The bottom bed slides out to convert daytime play space into nighttime sleep space. (Uses the Trundle Bed Conversion Kit which includes casters and rail extenders.)

Bunk beds: Older kids love this classic configuration, and parents find the roomy lower bunk a perfect place for reading bedtime stories. (Uses the optional Bunk Bed Conversion Kit which includes a ladder and 2 safety rails)

Twin beds: Older children appreciate the sophistication and independence of our twin beds.

Closely spaced fir slats, attached with jute webbing create a sturdy platform which supports a futon, foam, or innerspring mattress.

Optional Maple Underbed Drawers come fully assembled with sliding dovetail joints. These free-standing drawers roll easily on straight-line casters. Dimensions are 24" wide, 9" high, 25" deep.
