Returns/Refunds Policy
Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, simply return the product in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit (less shipping/handling fees).

SPECIAL INFORMATION:
* Products requiring a prescription, mattresses and boxsprings, used pillows, personalized products and some special order products are not returnable. Ten percent (10%) restocking fee on all brand new Area Rugs returned within 30 days of purchase. Fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee all furniture (platform beds, dressers, tables, etc) returns. Twenty-Five percent (25%) restocking fee on EcoSpheres and Pods returned within 30 days. Please inquire if you have any questions. Other products may have special return procedures, exchange procedures, and/or restocking fees.

Address Changes?
Please notify us if  you are moving to a new mailing address and would like your account information updated. Call us at 1-888-51-EARTH (1-888-513-2784).

Check Acceptance Policy
Abundant Earth does not accept personal or business checks. We do, however gladly accept money orders, bank checks, and cashier’s checks made out to Abundant Earth. Additionally, Abundant Earth does not accept counter checks, third-party checks, postdated checks, foreign checks or traveler’s checks. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law, along with any applicable collections and penalty fees. Abundant Earth does not offer payment terms or C.O.D.. All orders must be paid in full before being shipped.

Price Guarantee
If you purchase a product from Abundant Earth for one price and find within 15 days of your original purchase our prices have been lowered either permanently or as a result of an Abundant Earth promotion, Abundant Earth will gladly refund the difference in price, at your request. Proof of purchase is required (original invoice/receipt). We do not match clearance prices.

Errors and Omissions
It’s sad, but true. Even at Abundant Earth, we occasionally make mistakes like placing a picture of a tree next to an advertisement for an organic cotton T-shirt, or charging $395 for a $4 item! In the case of errors and omissions, we reserve the right to ship the correct product, and correct our pricing errors accordingly.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may have additional shipping charges. Typically an additional $6 or more is added to your order total (on top of shipping and handling). Heavier products may will have significantly higher surcharges.

International Orders
International orders (orders from outside the USA or shipping to locations outside of the USA) are not accepted at this time.

Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours (working days). However, some items may be on backorder, and other products are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Shipping times for these items will vary. In very rare cases, when we expect shipping will be delayed more that 30 days, we will contact you immediately. At your discretion, we will issue you a complete refund, exchange, credit or give you the option of continuing to wait for any backordered products.

Abundant Earth does offer “rush” shipping on a limited number of products. Please inquire by phone if you must have your order rushed.

Abundant Earth does not ship C.O.D.

Cottage-Crafted Products
Many products offered through Abundant Earth are handmade, artistically crafted in small quantities, unique and one-of-a-kind products, and/or are simply difficult to produce or procure. We kindly ask for your patience when ordering handmade, cottage-industry products. We promise the wait, if any, will be worthwhile.

Gift Certificates, Gift Wrapping and Gift Cards
For your convenience, Abundant Earth offers several gift services. We offer gift certificates in various denominations. We offer a free gift enclosure card when you have us send a gift to your loved one. We do not offer traditional paper gift wrapping.

Any personal information you provide to Abundant Earth will not be shared, sold, traded, or in any way compromised without your express written authorization. We take your privacy very seriously. However, please note that if your purchase is made by following a link from an affiliate web site to our web site, your name, email address, and the amount of your purchase will be shared with our affiliate for bookkeeping purposes only.
